Recently, the lithium batteries and battery packs independently developed by Narada Power for electric bicycles have been awarded the China Compulsory Certification (CCC). This certificate, the first of its kind in this category, was issued by the authoritative testing body, CESI, following rigorous evaluations.

According to an announcement from the State Administration for Market Regulation, starting from November 1, 2025, lithium-ion batteries and chargers for electric bicycles must obtain CCC certification and display the certification mark before they can be manufactured, sold, or imported. Implementing CCC certification aims to prevent low-quality products from disrupting the market and to drive the industry toward steady, compliance-based development.

In proactive compliance with regulatory requirements, Narada Power has enhanced key indicators such as battery safety, energy density, cycle life, and environmental adaptability, achieving the GB 43854 national mandatory standard and applying for CCC certification for its products.

The achievement of CCC certification signifies that Narada’s lithium batteries for electric bicycles meet stringent safety standards, including overcharge, over-discharge, short-circuit, and puncture resistance. The battery packs comply with mandatory national standards for electrical, mechanical, and environmental safety, as well as heat diffusion, mutual recognition for collaborative charging, and other requirements.
