On June 18th, the inauguration ceremony for the Narada Smart Energy Storage Jiuquan Manufacturing Base was held grandly in Jiuquan, China.

At the ceremony, Jingkang Li, General Manager of Jiuquan Narada, gave an introduction to the project. He first expressed gratitude to all levels of departments for their strong support and assistance, and to the project team for their hard work. He introduced that Jiuquan Narada, which started construction in September 2023, is the first lithium iron phosphate energy storage battery and system integration manufacturing project introduced in Gansu Province.

Jiuquan Narada represents a total investment of 2 billion yuan, covering an area of 200 acres, with a planned annual production capacity of 4GWh of new energy lithium batteries, PACK, and energy storage system integration. This will contribute positively to the high-quality development of the new energy industry in Jiuquan and the local economy.

Subsequently, Narada Chairman and President Baoyi Zhu delivered a speech. He pointed out that the Jiuquan Narada project team started from scratch and completed the construction in less than a year, showcasing the "Jiuquan Efficiency" and "Narada Speed." Throughout the project's progress, the company deeply felt the efficiency and meticulousness of "Jiuquan Service."

He emphasized that Jiuquan Narada is a strategic base for Narada in the western region. Once fully operational, it will further enhance Narada's production capacity for energy storage systems, better meeting the burgeoning market demand in the western region's energy storage market. The official commissioning marks a new beginning for Jiuquan Narada. With the support of the Jiuquan Municipal Committee and Municipal Government, the company will leverage its technological strengths and industrial advantages to develop Jiuquan Narada into a modern, high-standard, and high-level energy storage manufacturing benchmark base.

Finally, Jiuquan Municipal Committee Secretary Liqi Wang announced: "The Narada Smart Energy Storage Jiuquan Manufacturing Base project is officially operational!" Secretary Wang, Chairman Zhu, and other key leaders jointly pressed the project launch button, witnessing the project's successful operation.

Following the ceremony, the attending leaders and guests toured the production site, gaining firsthand insights into the technologies and processes involved, and witnessed the first batch of products rolling off the assembly line, which left a profound impression on them.
