How to Implement "Energy-Intensive Industries + Energy Storage"? Narada Power Builds a Reproducible Model
Release Date:2026-05-19

Against the backdrop of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals, energy-intensive industries are under pressure to pursue green transformation. Energy storage deployment can improve power supply reliability for enterprises and realize peak-valley price arbitrage, serving as a key solution.

With its integrated energy storage solutions, Narada Power has provided a reproducible low-carbon transformation model for energy-intensive industries worldwide.

Typical Scenario 1

As a major energy consumer, the rubber industry is facing a new landscape of green and low-carbon transformation.

In the past, rubber enterprises relied on coal-fired boilers to provide stable heat sources for rubber vulcanization, which not only consumed a large amount of energy but also generated pollutant emissions. How to solve the dilemma of high energy consumption has become a key issue for the rubber industry to break through its development bottleneck.

In 2025, a rubber enterprise started construction of a 20MW/40MWh customer-side energy storage project at its production base in Zhejiang.

The energy storage system developed by Narada Power has quietly solved the energy consumption problems.

After the completion of the project, the system will fit and calculate factors such as electricity price, environment and cost, output the economic curve during operation, generate the optimal dispatching strategy, and better realize various dispatching functions including peak-valley arbitrage, demand control and reverse power protection.

More importantly, the energy storage system will improve the power supply reliability and power quality of the production base, effectively avoid the potential impact of power grid fluctuations on the precise tire production process, and ensure the continuous stability of product quality.

Typical Scenario 2

In 2026, the domestic power industry has reached an important node of market-oriented reform. Up to now, 11 provinces and cities across the country have issued relevant notices, clarifying that users directly participating in power market transactions will no longer implement the fixed time-of-use electricity price approved by the government.

After the cancellation of fixed time-of-use electricity prices, the transformation of domestic industrial and commercial energy storage from "policy dependence" to "creating incremental value for customers" will become the core of breaking the dilemma.

As one of the earliest enterprises entering the industrial and commercial energy storage sector, Narada Power has accumulated rich experience in the construction of customer-side power stations. Through the integrated energy storage solution of hardware + software + operation and maintenance, the company provides the key to breaking the dilemma of green energy use for customers in energy-intensive industries.

In June 2025, the 5MW/10MWh energy storage project of Hongfeng Copper Foil at its production base in Wenzhou was connected to the grid.

The actual operation data of the project shows that the intelligent cloud platform independently developed by Narada not only has functions such as real-time monitoring of operation data, full-volume operation data download, remote OTA upgrade and cloud-edge collaborative control, but also optimizes the charging and discharging strategy for customers through the electricity price strategy optimizer, maximizing the benefits of peak-valley arbitrage and shortening the payback period of investment.

Typical Scenario 3

Since 2025, the demand for overseas industrial and commercial energy storage has also grown rapidly. To meet the EU's emission reduction requirements, Bulgaria is accelerating the phase-out of coal-fired power and vigorously developing photovoltaic power, leading to a surge in demand for flexible regulation resources in the power grid.

In addition, the government provides financial subsidies through the "RESTORE" program, and the country's customer-side energy storage market has entered a stage of rapid development.

At present, Narada Power has implemented more than 190MWh of industrial and commercial energy storage projects in Bulgaria. The company has built a 15MWh energy storage project for TED BED manufacturing plant.

The system stores green electricity at noon when photovoltaic power generation is abundant and electricity prices are low, and discharges during peak power consumption and rising electricity prices, improving the factory's energy self-sufficiency rate while selling surplus electricity back to the power grid to optimize economic benefits.

Against the global backdrop of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, energy structure transformation is a must for enterprises' sustainable development. The implementation and operation of Narada's "energy-intensive industries + energy storage" projects will provide a clear and rapidly reproducible low-carbon transformation model for the world.
