Recently, Narada won the bid for a lithium battery procurement project for the data center of one of the world’s largest software companies, with a contract value of approximately 1.2 billion RMB. In recent years, Narada’s high-voltage lithium battery products have been widely recognized by international customers. This successful bid will greatly support the company’s expansion in the overseas data center market.
The project is located in the United States, where the rapid development of artificial intelligence has driven a surge in local data center demand. As one of the earliest companies to enter the data center industry, Narada has more than 30 years of experience in R&D, production, and application. Its self-developed backup power solutions have been widely used in data centers worldwide.
Narada’s high-voltage, high-power lithium battery backup power system adopts LFP technology, with a lifespan of over 10 years. It offers high safety and reliability, high energy density, space efficiency, intelligent management, high prefabrication levels, and easy maintenance. The system features outstanding high-rate discharge performance, supporting discharge rates from 1C to 6C, meeting the full range of data center backup needs from 10 minutes to 2 hours.
In terms of lead-acid battery solutions, Narada’s HRL series high-power batteries have a design lifespan of 15 years and excellent high-power discharge capability, supporting backup times of under 15 minutes. Real-world cases have proven that, compared to conventional batteries, this product offers 35% higher power output, 30% less space usage, 10% lower weight-bearing requirements, 37.5% lower carbon emissions, and 15% lower initial costs, bringing significant economic benefits to users.
With the rise of AI computing centers, internet company data centers, financial system data centers, and third-party data centers, Narada’s data center customer structure has become more diversified, and its business scale has rapidly expanded.
Domestically, the company has established long-term partnerships with major internet companies, telecom operators, and financial institutions, including GDS Services, ByteDance, Alibaba, Baidu, JD.com, China Mobile, China Telecom, Agricultural Bank of China, and China Construction Bank.
Internationally, Narada has been selected as a preferred supplier for major U.S. data centers among non-U.S. battery brands and has successfully entered the high-end data center markets in the Asia-Pacific and Latin America.
The successful implementation of this project will further enhance Narada’s leading position in the global data center backup power sector and have a positive impact on the company’s future business performance.
