Narada High-Capacity Lithium Batteries
Narada High-Capacity Lithium Batteries featuring the industry-first “Five-Year Replacement” concept, became a highlight of the exhibition.
Utilizing cell pressure technology, this product offers a cycle life of over 2,000 times and a maximum range of up to 150 kilometers, making it suitable for electric tricycles and low-speed four-wheelers. The multiple protective and redundant designs ensure stable and reliable power support even under extreme conditions.
Furthermore, the product employs high-safety lithium iron phosphate materials and has passed several rigorous tests, ensuring enhanced safety. The self-developed BMS (Battery Management System) provides dynamic monitoring and intelligent management, guaranteeing battery safety and longevity.
Electric Bicycle Battery Swapping System
Narada Power showcased electric bicycle battery swapping system, which uses loT technology to seamlessly connect batteries, electric vehicles, smart swapping stations, and a mobile app, featuring cloud data management and remote control capabilities.
This system is equipped with a self-developed lithium battery pack for logistics bicycles, integrating a highly reliable BMS management system that supports fast charging within 2 hours and quick plug-in capabilities. The control strategy optimally manages the battery’s characteristics and operational conditions to achieve a cycle life of 2,000 times.
Additionally, the smart swapping cabinet is equipped with fire safety systems, including smoke detectors, sprinkles, and fireproof panels, ensuring safety during the battery swapping process.
BMS System for Lightweight Electric Vehicles
The BMS for Narada Lightweight Electric Vehicles features intelligent management capabilities, allowing real-time monitoring of critical indicators such as battery voltage, current, and temperature. In case of abnormalities, it immediately cuts off the circuit and issues an alarm to prevent potential safety risks.
This system utilizes an adaptive SOC correction algorithm to evaluate battery performance status in real-time, accurately calculating the full lifecycle SOC and effectively addressing inconsistencies and lifespan degradation issues to enhance the riding experience.
In addition, Narada’s BMS system supports OTA upgrade technology, allowing users to remotely perform software updates without visiting repair points, facilitating functional optimization.
