From September 25 to 27, the 9th SNEC ES+ (2024) International Energy Storage and Battery Technology and Equipment Exhibition was held in Shanghai. Narada showcased a series of innovative products and solutions, including the 6MWh+ Liquid Cooling Energy Storage System, 20Ah All-Solid-State battery, and 690Ah energy storage-specific battery, attracting attention from within and outside the industry and becoming the focus of the exhibition.
Center L Plus 20ft 6MWh+ Liquid Cooling Energy Storage System
Narada demonstrated the entire energy storage industry chain, from battery materials, cells, 3S (Safety, Smart, and Sustainable), system integration, operation services, to resource recycling. The company also exhibited the 20ft 6MWh+ Liquid Cooling System equipped with the 690Ah energy storage-specific battery. The energy storage module, equipped with the 690Ah battery, is compatible with current energy storage systems, reducing the initial investment cost of energy storage systems.
Compared to the 280Ah battery solution, Narada's 690Ah battery reduces the comprehensive cost at the battery level by over 10%, while costs at the PACK and system levels are reduced by more than 25%. Integration efficiency improves by 75%, and manufacturing efficiency by 22%.
As the capacity of individual battery cells continues to increase, the single-unit capacity of Narada's energy storage systems is also growing. Compared to the mainstream 20ft 5MWh Energy Storage Systems, the Narada Center L Plus 20ft 6MWh+ Liquid Cooling Energy Storage System increases energy density by 30% and saves 20% of floor space, significantly lowering the initial purchase cost of energy storage systems with notable cost reduction effects.
The system’s multi-stage variable diameter liquid cooling pipe design ensures uniform temperature distribution, effectively enhancing heat dissipation efficiency. The dual liquid cooling backup technology ensures stable battery operation even if one cooling system fails. Additionally, the application of AI precision fire safety technology provides timely and efficient thermal runaway warnings and fire suppression, offering comprehensive safety assurance to customers.
Breakthroughs in All-Solid-State Battery Technology
Narada's 20Ah All-Solid-State battery made its debut at the exhibition. The company’s solid-state battery technology solves the "solid-solid interface" challenge, balancing high energy density with high safety. The battery can operate normally in environments ranging from -20℃ to 85℃, with costs only 10%-15% higher than regular lithium batteries. Moreover, the manufacturing process is similar to that of liquid batteries, showing great development potential.
Many attendees expressed strong interest in the technical details of the solid-state battery at the booth, engaging in in-depth discussions with Narada’s technical staff regarding its application scenarios. This product can be used in drones, robots, low-altitude aircraft, and may also be applied in the electric vehicle sector as the upstream and downstream supply chains in the automotive industry scale up in the future.
Certification Ceremony
At the booth’s release zone, SGS, an internationally recognized testing, inspection, and certification body, was invited to award Narada's IDC high-voltage lithium battery system with UL 9540A, IEC 62619, and IEC 62477-1 certificates.
Narada’s IDC high-voltage lithium battery system is based on the company’s years of technological accumulation in the IDC field. It effectively meets the needs for high-rate discharge, modular deployment, safety, reliability, intelligent management, and environmental protection. Obtaining these international certifications demonstrates the product’s safety, reliability, and technological leadership, which will effectively enhance its influence in the global market.
The SNEC ES+ exhibition is still ongoing, with Narada competing alongside global leading technologies and brands, offering users a new experience of product capabilities. In the future, Narada will continue to advance technology and product iterations, actively expanding domestic and international markets, navigating through industry cycles, and maintaining high-quality development.
