Recently, Zhejiang Intellectual Property Association announced the list of the top 100 creative enterprises in Zhejiang Province in 2022. Narada was selected into the list by our outstanding independent innovation capabilities in the field of energy storage.

The list is announced based on the number of effective invention patents, high-value invention patents, and invention patents authorized in the past three years, which is credible with authority.

As an industry leader, Narada hosts and participates in the compilation of more than 50 national, industrial, and group standards, and has formed various solutions such as lithium and lead carbon solutions with comprehensive technologies covering scheme design, system integration, operation and maintenance, and resource regeneration.

In 2022, Narada applied 78 patents, including 38 invention applications, 29 utility model patents, and 11 appearance patents; and received 96 authorized patents, including 20 invention patents. By end of 2022, Narada has a total of more than 1,200 valid patents, including over 500 invention patents.

Our technical innovation capability has been continuously improved for many years, and talents is one of the most critical factors. We will go to Harbin Institute of Technology, Zhejiang University, North China Electric Power University, Southeast University and other institutions to recruit technical talents every year. Rotational learning will be carried out in different positions, and the company also encourages highly educated technical personnel to enter the station to study as a postdoctoral fellow. At present, among our research and development personnel, master's degree candidates account for 30%, and doctors account for about 10%.

Entering into the list fully demonstrates that our strength in intellectual property innovation and creation, which also has been highly recognized by the government and the industry.
